Basic First Aid

Description

This Basic First Aid course equips the learner with the knowledge, practical skills & understanding required to provide appropriate first-aid treatment in the absence of a First Aid Responder or the arrival of the Emergency Services. This is course is ideal for anyone who would like to learn Basic First Aid Skills.

Booking Fee

Ø  FAR Courses and Group bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of €100* which will be deducted from the total course fee.

Ø  All other courses must be paid for in advance to guarantee your place on the course.

Ø  The booking fee must be paid to secure your requested course and date.

Group Bookings

Ø  Group bookings are priced for a set number of students. If students fail to attend, the full course price will be invoiced.

Ø  Additional students will be invoiced at the full course price per head.

Customer Cancellation

Ø  It is your responsibility to cancel the course by email

Ø  Cancellations up to 10 business days prior to the course will not be invoiced in full. *

Ø  Cancellations 3-10 business days prior to the course will be invoiced the full course fee unless another available date is booked.

Ø  Cancellations 1-3 business days prior to the course, will be invoiced the full course fee.

Ø  Students failing to attend will be invoiced in full for the course. Same as above in group booking

Ø  Special circumstances – we will endeavour to re-book the course for a date of your choice.

Cancellation of a course by Boyne First Aid Training

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course at any time, including but not limited to

Ø  Lack of participation

Ø  Classroom cancellations

Ø  Trainer availability

Notification will be provided within 14 days of the course, whenever possible.

Registrants will not be charged for the course and €100 booking fee will be refunded.

We will endeavour to re-book the course for a date of your choice.

Boyne First Aid Training is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled course, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.
